Can I return an item?
I hope you love your purchase.
You can return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.
What items can't be returned?
Unfortunately, I can’t accept returns on personalised products, digital downloads or gift cards.
How do I return something?
Please get in touch via my contact page with your order number and I'll send you return instructions. Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 3 working days of receiving the item. You’ll get an email once the refund has been processed.
