Postage & packaging within the UK (including Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey)

Free delivery when you spend over £10 - 2nd class post

1st class and tracked options are available

The following products will be sent in multiple packages if ordered together

Estimated shipping times 2 - 5 days 

Allow 7 - 10 working days for cushions, tote bags and shopping bags as they are custom made to order

To cut down on transit, rather than all products being sent to our studio and then dispatched, some products are sent directly from our manufacturers.

 

For example -
An order for a mug and a print will be sent in two separate packages.
An order for a cushion, a mug and a print will be sent in three separate packages.

 

Postage charges remain the same with Free UK Shipping still applicable.

International Shipping (Including EU)

  • Standard and tracked options are available.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout.

  • ​Orders are sent via Royal Mail International Standard or Tracked. 

  • Delivery can take up to 14 working days, but may be longer during busy periods or due to customs processing.

  • Please be aware that customs fees, taxes or import duties are the responsibility of the customer. Customs clearance charges, taxes and VAT may be payable on goods entering the destination country. ​

 

Product Availability & International Shipping
Please note that not all products are available in all regions.

  • I cannot currently send orders to France, Austria or Luxembourg due to packaging regulations in those countries.

  • I have paused orders to the USA until the new tariff regulations are clearer.

Etsy

If you're outside the UK you can order a selection of prints and cards via my Etsy shop.

  • Etsy calculates and collects VAT and customs fees at checkout for many international destinations. This often makes the delivery process faster and more straightforward for international customers.

  • Shipping is available to selected locations worldwide.
