When should I expect my order to arrive?
Most items are dispatched within 3 to 5 working days. Made-to-order pieces like cushions, framed prints and bags may take up to 7 working days. As soon as your order ships, I’ll send you a confirmation email.
Can you ship my order outside the UK?
Yes - I ship across the UK and to selected international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times depend on where you are, and you’ll see them at checkout. If your country isn’t listed, send me a message and I’ll help if I can.
Will my order arrive in one package?
Some items are made to order and may ship separately, but you won’t be charged extra postage.
Does my print come framed?
Yes. If you order a print and frame together, I’ll send it fully framed and ready to hang.
