The Hollings Building in Manchester, affectionately known as the "Toast Rack," is a Grade II listed Brutalist icon built in 1960 on Wilmslow Road in Fallowfield. Designed by architect Leonard Cecil Howitt for the former Domestic Trades College, it features a distinctive curved, concrete frame.
